Maximina (Max) Ruiz-Flores was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She started with Pride in 2011. Maxima’s mother became gravely ill which required provider services. She wanted to be able to remove her mother from the nursing home and be able to taker her home where she can manage school while taking care of her mother and brothers. After a bit of research, she came across Pride PHC Services. Seeing the excellent reviews on the services that they provide, she contacted them to assist her with her mother. For Maximina,  Pride was instrumental in the aid of her mother’s recovery. They were able to hire Maximina as a provider to care for her mother while she was also able to finish her education. After her mother recovered, Maximina found a new interest in the healthcare industry. She also gained the interest of the original owners and after talking with Andy and Liz, she became a full-time employee for Pride. She started working from the front desk, then became client care coordinator, and now an Admin Assistant.

Maximina is happily married to Candido Flores. Together they have two daughters: Jaycelyn and Addyson. Jaycelyn whose passion is in competitive dancing, while Addyson’s passion is in sports. They also share four fur babies who are never spoiled enough. Maximina is extremely family oriented and still takes care of her mother while also inspiring her three younger brothers.

Pride has become a 2nd Family to Maximina, she’s truly blessed to be working for such an amazing company that has endorsed her personal development and growth.
